Equipment installation is an independent transaction between the customer and the contractor.

Note: For the technically inclined. The antenna connects to a wireless transmitter / receiver which connects to the computer via an Ethernet cable. This has a number for advantages. There is a minimum length of coax cable between the antenna and the wireless hence RF losses are very small. Multiple computers may be connected to the equipment and concurrently access the internet.

^^Maximum download line speed is 8mbs and upload speed is locked at 384kbps. Download line speed is determined by factors such as telephone line quality and distance from the telephone exchange. Your modem will attempt to negotiate the fastest speed that the line is capable of and in some instances 8mbs may not be attainable.

Activation Fee	$132.00	This includes a Telstra line activation for a BYO modem arrangement on a 6 month contract.

1	Business Connection Pack consists of Free Domain Hosting, 5 Email Addresses & Free Domain Registration. (6 Months minimum contract).
2	Additional dial-in lines are an economical method of adding bandwidth, i.e. 2, 3, or 4 lines utilising un-timed local calls. (Substantially cheaper than ISDN).
3	If other users are waiting to connect, or after 4 hours you may be disconnected. However you may reconnect again after 5 minutes. Not available for business use. Only available from one phone, caller ID to be provided.
4	Use of ISDN requires a DOV modem.
5	This plan is only available to people holding a valid OAP card. If CCI deems the account is used excessively the speed of the connection may be shaped.
6	6 Pre Paid Hours must be used within 3 months of first connection and first connection must be within 3 months of payment.
^	Account will terminate after 6 months of inactivity
