How long does it take to activate my mobile broadband service?
Once you have received your SIM card, you can call us on 1300 746 754 to activate your service. New services take approximately 15 mins to activate.
How long does it take to receive my SIM card?
The average time between ordering the service and delivery is approximately 4 working days.
Can I use a SIM card obtained from another provider?
No. Another provider's SIM card cannot be used.
What happens if I'm outside the 4G coverage area?
Mobile devices are typically backwards compatible. That means that if a 4G network is unavailable, it will default to the 3G network.
How fast is Mobile Broadband?
The actual speed of your mobile broadband connection will depend on your distance from the 4G tower, the number of people accessing a particular tower at once and any obstructions that might be between you and the tower, and on your mobile device.
What devices can I use with my AlphaGo mobile plan?
To use your AlphaGo mobile SIM card, you will need to have a 4G compatible mobile handset.
Am I locked into a contract with AlphaGo Mobile?
No. With AlphaGo Mobile plans, you simply pay for your service month by month, with the option to cancel at any time.
